We are seeking an outgoing, caring approachable Pastor/Head of Staff, to lead our strong, established staff into another era for our 144 year old beautiful church. Our large, compassionate and enthusiastic congregation is waiting for the dynamic preaching and teaching this person will provide and the administrative qualities necessary to lead a church of our size with large endowments thanks to our past and current members. We love Midland and the opportunities for families far beyond those of most cities our size.
