Worship Schedule

Please note: Sunday, February 26, 2012 - Our children are working on their exciting musical "Faith Hall of Fame" which will take place during our 10:45 a.m. worship service. The Congregational meeting will immediately follow this service. No 8:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. worship service this morning.

BUT - Organ Arrival Causes Move for 10:45 a.m. Worship
When In Our Music God Is Glorified - It is our goal and purpose in providing a new organ for Memorial Presbyterian Church and the Community of Midland, to glorify God with our music. But no good thing comes to be without some extra effort. As a congregation, we will make that effort beginning with the week of March 4. On Sunday, March 4 the 10:45 Worship Service will move from the Sanctuary to Fellowship Hall for the entire month of March.

Also on March 4, we will celebrate "Bring a Blanket Sunday". Members and friends of Memorial Presbyterian Church are encouraged to bring a blanket to help cover the pews. BECAUSE . . . on Tuesday, March 6 the pieces of the organ will arrive and the pipes will be unloaded by volunteers and placed on top of the pews throughout the Sanctuary. Come! Join the work crew! Pipe installation is to be completed in time for worship in the Sanctuary on Palm Sunday, April 1.

Our Winter Sunday morning schedule, is as follows:

8:00 a.m. Early Risers Worship Service in Fellowship Hall
9:00 a.m. Contemporary Worship in the Assembly Room - Gathering Music Begins at 8:50 a.m.
10:45 a.m. Traditional Worship in the Sanctuary
10:45 a.m. Children 3 years old - fifth grade are invited to attend Children's Worship during Children's Time in the worship service. Please pick up your children
in Fellowship Hall after the service.
11:45 a.m. Coffee Hour in Fellowship Hall

Communion is normally the first Sunday of the month. Baptized children are invited to participate. Click here for the communion server schedule for 2012. Schedule to be announced.

Broadcast Schedule

The broadcast time for the 10:45 a.m. Sunday worship service is on Charter Cable Community Access MCTV Channel 99 on Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m. and at 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays on Channel 97. The previous week 10:45 a.m. Sunday Worship Service can be heard on radio WMPX-AM 1490 at 9:00 a.m. each Sunday.
