Dick Dolinski shares his presentation “A Framework for Youth Success: Practical Actions to Help Children and Youth Flourish and Thrive.” He explains the determinants for youth success that evolved from research at The Legacy Center which he founded 20 years ago. His model emphasizes four key elements for programs and policy changes necessary for implementation. Dick is well known in Midland after his 32-year career with The Dow Chemical Company and as a community member committed to organizations that emphasize education, youth development, and mental health and aid in Africa.
